So I decided to try putting my Yoshi in SMA3 using a beta version of Donoshi’s sprite injector, and was having trouble making a good-looking sprite with the limited palette of colours. Then VAdaPEGA came along and made one of the frames to help me out! I then followed his design for the other frames and refined them up a bit, and the injecting worked well!
I wanted a walk emote while I was as it, so I gave him the frames and he polished everything up like crazy, it’s amazing! A mostly faithful recreation, with some cool touchups like the head turning both ways. Once again, credit goes to VAdaPEGA for making most of the work on this, all I did was copy his first design on the other frames and ask him to change a few details.
