This was back when I still needed a reference sheet, and the only proper references I had of my character weren’t very well drawn, so here’s how attempt #2 went! A bit better, but I was going a bit extravagant, as I had an evening-ish background planned with everything else, and with how much time I would take only making the Yosh and some grass, it would eventually get abandoned too…
Yes, this was my 2nd attempt at a ref. No, I am not showing the abomination that is the 1st ref’s Yoshi, I hate it.
